National Developer Opus NW and DirtLogic - Success Story

Opus NW contacted DirtLogic regarding the conceptual stage of an eighty-five acre multi-building development that was complicated by a substantially sloped topography. The company was having trouble visualizing how to accommodate various site programming options given the existing grading constraints. They asked us to take the current design and create three specific grading scenarios, each ultimately producing balanced sites.

DirtLogic produced a cut/full volume analysis that included various options, including breaking up the site into numerous phases and balancing each phase separately. The completed analysis including three-dimensional renderings, were presented at a meeting consisting of civil engineers, architects, and owners. Within minutes, the development team was able to reach a consensus on how to proceed with the grading of the site.
