Please read before using the DirtStore!
'Orange' indicates recently posted projects.
'Takeoff Ready / ADD TO CART' indicates the take-off is completed and ready for purchase. Just click 'Add To Cart' to purchase one or multiple take-offs through one order. (PLEASE NOTE: You will need the password sent to you via email at the time you signed up for your DirtStore account to access the shopping cart!)
'Click Here For Price' When you inquire about a price for a take-off, DirtLogic will send you a price quote for how much it would cost for us to run the take-off. Once you receive the proposal, you either 'accept' or 'decline' the proposal. The proposal does not mean you have agreed to the terms, you have to click 'accept' in order for it to be official.
'Pre-order Takeoff -75% Deposit Required' When a take-off is on our schedule to be completed, it will be listed as a 'Pre-Order'. If you would like to purchase a take-off that is on schedule to be completed, we require that you pay a 75% deposit to secure your order. When the take-off is completed you will be notified to finish your purchase via the DirtStore and download your take-off.
I forgot my password!
CLICK HERE and have your password resent to you via e-mail. The password will be sent to the e-mail address you used when you signed up for your DirtStore account. You can also have your password resent to you directly from the 'Shopping Cart' login page.

How do I change my password?
On top of any page throughout the DirtStore you will find an 'Edit My Account' link. Click the 'Edit My Account' link and then find 'To change your password : Click Here'. You will then be directed to a page that will allow you to change your password, OR Click Here to change your password.

What's happens when I click 'Request Proposal'?
DirtLogic is immediately sent an e-mail with your request. DirtLogic will then put together a price quote for that particular project and send you the proposal via email the same day. At that point, you will either 'accept' or 'deny' the proposal based on if you agree with the price.
(*** Please Note) There is an area where you can give us feedback on the proposal when you are given the option to 'accept' or 'decline' the proposal. We highly recommend your feedback which at times could bring the price down, depending on the situation.

What's happens when I click 'Pre-Order'?
When you 'Pre-Order' a project from the DirtStore, you are agreeing to purchase the project as soon as the take-off has been completed and uploaded to the DirtStore. When you confirm the 'Pre-Order' it's as good as signing an agreement to purchase the take-off and you will be required to finish the purchase as soon as the take-off has been uploaded to the DirtStore.
(*** Please Note) When the 'Pre-Order' has been confirmed and the take-off has been completed and uploaded to the DirtStore, you will immediately be notified via e-mail that your take-off is ready to purchase.

Can I save my credit card information for future purchases?
Absolutely! Select the take-off(s) you'd like to purchase and enter in your credit card information. Directly below the credit card form there is an option to save your information for later purchases. It will require you to give your payment information a name to easily identify your saved information every time you login to the shopping cart.

I paid for the take-off, where is it?
Enter your credit card information and confirm the information is correct, you will be directed to the payment confirmation screen which will display your receipt. On the receipt you will see a 'download take-off' link. The 'download take-off' link allows you to immediately download and save the take-off report to your PC. If you accidentally closed this screen, no worries, you will be e-mailed a receipt with the same information, including the 'download take-off' link to download your take-off.

I can't find the project I'm looking for!
It's probably a private project or it's under the table. We do not post any project that is not made public through a plan center. In some cases, we will receive special permission to post a project that is not made public. If you do not see your project listed on the DirtStore, click here and send us the project information and we will put together a proposal and get back to you the same day.
